Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the creative process is completed via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, signs usually arrive to you in 2-5 business days. The shipping price of each item includes a delivery confirmation and tracking number.

NOTE: We only ship within the United States at this time.

Returns and exchange details


Due to the customization of our signs, all sales are final. We strive for 100% satisfaction! If you receive a custom sign or print that was incorrect and the error was our mistake, please address the issue promptly and we will discuss a replacement option. We appreciate your direct communication with us rather than leaving a negative review. All orders are packed securely and are shipped using Priority Mail. Please ensure the address you provide at checkout is accurate. Any re-shipping fees will be paid by the buyer. We are NOT responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Furthermore, we do not cover any loss or repairs for signs caused by accidental causes which include but are not limited to; dropping a sign, spilling liquid on a sign, using chemical sprays or cleaning products on a sign. This also includes exposure to outdoor elements such as sun, heat, wind, water or ice.



We accept new orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We are closed for processing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Due to the customization of text and design, a cancellation from the buyer will not be accepted once the creative process begins.

Communications relating to a current order and text and design proofs are sent through Etsy conversation messaging. Prompt communications between the buyer and the seller are essential to ensure order expectations are met. If this is a custom order, the buyer must state their specific text in the notes section at checkout. Many times as the designer, there may be questions for the buyer during the proofing stage to confirm or clarify what is being ordered. If we do not receive a response from the buyer within 24-hours after a message has been sent, the order will be subject to immediate cancellation by Shambalena Signs & Designs. We are unable to process a custom order until we receive ALL the details from the buyer.


We also reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if we cannot fulfill certain requests from the buyer. Please, NO aggressive, vulgar, rude, offensive, controversial, threatening text or design will be permitted. For custom signs after the text design proof has been approved by the buyer, no further modifications can be made.

All materials are subject to vendor availability. If a certain material is not in stock, a quality match to an alternative product or color will be suggested for use. We do apply a light coating of Mod Podge to seal and protect each sign. This does not make the sign waterproof. In-stock standard wood plaque size is 9.5 x 9.5 inches for all wood signs. Since we use real wood for every sign you may see slight imperfections which are painted.


To maintain the beauty of your sign, please avoid overexposure to direct sunlight, high winds, heat, or water. Please do not use any sealer or household cleaners on your sign. This can cause damage such as peeling or discoloration. To clean and protect your sign, dust lightly with a soft cloth and display on an interior wall, door, inside a window, under an overhang or covered porch.
